DriveTime - We Stand Together Series
As part of DriveTime's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy, the We Stand Together Series was born! We love telling the stories of our employees and showcasing the faces of the DriveTime family in this set of videos for occasions such as Juneteenth, Pride Month, Women's History Month, and more. Check out the pieces that I created below.
Juneteenth - a single feature on an employee who was sold into slavery as a child by her mother while living in South Africa.
Pride Month - a compilation of stories from employees across the organization talking about their diverse life journeys and how it has molded them into who they are today.
Women's History Month - hear the perspectives of team members in all areas of the DriveTime business and how they embrace their power and work to uplift others.
Global Diversity Month - a single feature on an employee who tells his life story and how the lessons he was taught growing up have affected him into adulthood.

DriveTime - Internal Programs
With a strong focus on our employees, we have many internal programs to better the employee experience in different areas of the business. Seen below are a few video series I have created for a variety of our internal programs. 
What's on Deck - a video series dedicated to keeping our employees updated on the latest business news, as well as a spot for employee recognition and a place to hear about what's upcoming to get involved in featuring two company leaders as the hosts.
The Expedition - a launch video creating hype and excitement about the newest segment of the Bridgecrest employee recognition program. This video features different senior leaders across the business highlighting what's new in the program.
Boundary Breaking Performance - a recognition program for our retail stores highlighting who is in the "lead" throughout the year for the different categories of achievement. At the top of each year, we send out an "awards ceremony" video (seen on the left) that announces the winners of the previous year. During the year, we theme each quarterly update a new "TV show" where we update the team on who is in the lead.
Shift into GEAR - a recognition program for our reconditioning teams with both peer nominated and leader nominated awards that are given throughout the year. This is the launch video we sent out when kicking off the program featuring our senior leaders of the inventory team.
DriveTime - Give for Good
Give for Good is our philanthropy program that's dedicated to giving back to the community. Throughout the year, DriveTime employees participate in donation drives, food packing events, 5ks, and more! Check out the highlight video of this program below, as well as a few shorter vignettes.
Give for Good - at the top you will find a hype/explainer video going over the details of the program. The two videos below it are shorter vignettes highlighting two of the four charity segments the company aligns with.
DriveTime - Business Updates
As part of our commitment to keeping our employees updated and in the know, we have various video series dedicated to business updates (sensitive information has been removed from the videos to allow you to see an example of my work).
DriveTime's 20th Anniversary - a highlight video showcasing the history and progression of the company through a visual timeline.
Grow Time - a video series promoting the company's growth showing off new and upcoming store openings across the country.
The Scoop - a company update video series dedicated to keeping all employees in the know on various business updates. Employees get to hear from business leaders across the organization each quarter as they share about what's new and interesting in their department.
